This document, together with the additional information available on connectedguitar.com (the “Site”), constitutes the “Privacy Policy” applicable between the user of the Site (“You “Or the” User “) and Connected Guitar, owner of the Site. The Privacy Policy regulates and defines the use and sharing by Connected Guitar of Your personal data collected via the Site. Any definition preceded by a capital letter and contained in the Privacy Policy will have the same meaning as in the Terms of Service (“TOS”) or in the General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”), unless otherwise defined. The Site is published by CERANO Clément and the collected data are hosted by OVH, whose servers are located mainly in the European Union.

By using the Site you agree that Connected Guitar collects, uses and shares information about You, including personal information, under the conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the terms of this Privacy Policy or any changes to these terms, please leave the Site and not purchase any products offered for sale on the Site.

  1. Commitment of Connected Guitar

Connected Guitar undertakes to collect and process Your personal data in strict compliance with the provisions of European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”).

  1. Minors

In accordance with the TOS,minors are not allowed to use the Site and Connected Guitar does not collect data from minors. If you are the parent or legal representative of a minor who has registered on the Site, please contact Connected Guitar at rgpd@connectedguitar.com to have Your child canceled.

Connected Guitar retains Your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to provide You with its Services.

Your Personal Data will be deleted when you close your User Account with Connected Guitar. Your User account on the Site remains active as long as You have not decided to close it and while You make purchases on our Site.

In the event of your continued inactivity for a period of five (5) years, this account will be disabled. The Privacy Policy is subject to French law. Any dispute arising directly or indirectly from the interpretation, or execution of the Privacy Policy will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Compiegne (France).
